I`m
Sally Hoolin and I`m 12 years old. I`ve been ice skating now
for 4 years. I have lessons at Blackburn Arena in Lancashire.
My coach is Kathryn Hudson, she`s brilliant and was awarded
the `Young Coach Of The Year 2003.
I
first competed with Kathryn at Blackburn opens on Tuesday
26th August 2003, and I came 2nd!
I
competed in the British Novice Figure Skating Championships
in Sheffield in February 2003 and finished 4th.
In
October 2003 I started pair skating along with my solo, my
partner is Jake Bennett, Kathryn is our coach for pairs to
and I`m really loving it.
We
took our novice pairs and primary pairs tests in Deeside in
May 2004, and passed them!! We have now qualified for the
British Championships in December at Nottingham, I`m also
hoping to qualify for the Championships as primary solo.
June
2004
- I competed in Deeside at Novice for the last time and came
1st!! See Pic. I competed also at Primary for my first time
and came 4th
July
2004
- I competed in Hull at both solo Primary and Primary Pairs,
LONG day!! but brilliant. I came 5th in Primary Ladies but me
and Jake WON
the Primary Pairs, see our photo below. September
2004 -
I competed in Nottingham at both solo Primary and Primary
Pairs. Had a brilliant day, came 6th in Primary Ladies - just
managed top half again!!! Me and Jake WON

and Primary Pairs. Great day - I cam 4th in Primary Ladies
